The StorBank-SE™ 401e Xeon Ultra320 SCSI RAID NAS is a high-availability 1U NAS server that incorporates storage capacities of 144GB to 1,200GB (1.2TB) with the latest NAS and RAID technologies. High performance features include choice of single or dual Xeon processors, up to 4GB RAM and dual 10/100/1000 copper gigabit Ethernet connectivity. Data protection is ensured with a hardware RAID controller, and all 4 disk drives are hot-swappable from the front of the unit.
Not only is your data protected with your choice of RAID 0, 1, 0/1, 5, and 0/5, but you can also manage your file server remotely with a web browser over your company's network. Installation and setup are a breeze, allowing the StorBank-SE 401e Xeon Ultra320 RAID NAS to be up and running in about 15 minutes after it is unpacked from the box. File server features include a journaling file system, web-based management console, online file system resizing, multi-protocol support, and snapshots.
Not only is the StorBank-SE 401e Xeon Ultra320 SCSI RAID NAS great as a stand-alone network-attached storage device, but it is also highly expandable as well. With the optional Ultra160 or Ultra320 SCSI controller, you can connect one or more direct-attached RAID subsystems to the StorBank-SE 401e to vastly increase your available fault-tolerant storage capacities.
