Clustered For continuous data availability, the IPBank Appliance can be deployed in an active-active failover/fail-back cluster configuration to ensure business continuity. And, to eliminate any single point of failure (SPOF), it can be configured for maximum redundancy, with a dual network connection to the IP network, as well as a dual I/O channel to each storage device. Clustered configurations offer a choice of iSCSI engines and storage arrays. Here you will find sample configurations, but contact DNF Sales for more information and to create a custom configuration.
Integrated These IPBank Appliances feature integrated slim iSCSI engine heads, enabling storage capacities of over 4TB in a 3U form factor, or 6TB in 5U. Integrated products are exceptionally easy to install and configure. The storage, RAID controller, and iSCSI intelligence are all built into a single unit—no external wiring required.
Modular The modular line of IPBank Appliances are ideal for high-availability, expandable configurations, or where ultimate performance is required. Based on M1, M2, or M4 engine heads, they can be matched with storage subsystems using SCSI or Fibre Channel connectivity. Maximum capacities exceed 40TB in standard configurations, or more if customized.
