The IPBank™ L-Series M1-10000J is a high-availability modularized iSCSI appliance that incorporates storage capacities of 180GB to 5.8 TeraBytes with the latest iSCSI, Ultra320 SCSI RAID and drive enclosure technologies. The IPBank L-Series M1-10000J iSCSI appliance is composed of a 1U iSCSI-Engine along with 1 to 4 TaskMaster™ 10000b 4U drive enclosures, giving you up to 1.4TB iSCSI Storage in 5U rack height, up to 2.9TB in 9U rack height, up to 4.3TB in 13U rack height, and up to 5.8TB in 17U rack height.
The IPBank L-Series M1 is a high-performance 1U iSCSI-Engine featuring single or dual Xeon 2.4GHz processors, dual 10/100/1000 copper gigabit Ethernet connectivity, up to 12GB RAM, cold-swappable power supply and Ultra320 SCSI and RAID controllers. The iSCSI operating system is mirrored on two hot-swappable 36GB 10,000RPM Ultra320 SCSI disk drives with hardware RAID 1 to maintain maximum uptime.
Each TaskMaster 10000b drive enclosure module includes 10 hot-swappable Ultra320 SCSI disk drives and trays, dual hot-swappable 400 Watt power supplies, and hot-swappable cooling fans. Not only is your data protected with your choice of RAID 1, 5, 10 or 50 from the IPBank L-Series M1's Ultra320 SCSI RAID controller(s), but you can also manage your iSCSI appliance easily and remotely with a web browser over your company's network.
Installation and setup are a breeze, allowing the IPBank L-Series M1 iSCSI appliance to be up and running in about 15 minutes after it is unpacked from the box.
